...the difference between…

People who look silly, but say or do things with their hearts.  Their simplicity and honesty may even seem foolish to the smart, the shrewd and the cynics.  But the things they do, move you to tears.

Versus…

Those who "look" real.  Whose words both spoken and written, exude wisdom and gallantry.  Who’s always composed and self-assured.  But in the end - their actions just don’t measure up.

Pity.

I need to remember to not take things at face value anymore.  (at my age, it’s past high time I knew this!!)

I have been foolish, and I’ve paid my dues (well.. most of ‘em anyways. N for those that I haven’t, I ask God  for his pardon).  But at least I have never been anything other than sincere.

The world is a stage with each of us playing our part...(Shakespeare ?) real real false false, false false real real (Buddha ?)... all a necessity part of life. Sometimes we don't want the truth.... "you can't handle the truth" (A few good men)...boy, I am talking crab again ! What a wonderful world !
